Prior to installation of your MCS certified solar system we will have already completed a range of activities to include:
- Finalising the System Design
- Agreeing the Costs
- Approving the Contract
- Scheduling the Installation
- Purchasing Your Equipment
- Continuous Communication
- DNO Application Submitted (Inverter >3.6 KW)
- Scaffolding Erected
On the agreed start date our roofing and electrical teams will install your system to the highest standard:
- Personnel, Child and Pet Safety will be agreed
- Areas will be kept tidy and safe at all times
- All Power Isolations Agreed
- Full System Commissioning Performed
- Full System Testing Documented
- Equipment Serial Numbers Recorded
- Installation Photos Taken
- Waste materials removed
- Scaffolding removed
- Site returned to original condition
- MCS Pack Compiled and Submitted
- DNO Application Submitted (Inverter <=3.6 KW)
- System Handover Pack Provided
- Customer Trained in System Use
- Customer Trained in System Monitoring

Aftercare
At Luxgen Solar we pride ourselves on providing exceptional customer service. We take immense pride in the systems we design and install and want to support our customers in getting the most out of their investments.
We understand that our customers will require a high level of support during the days/weeks following the system handover, and we are always there to help.
For the first two years following the system handover, we will monitor your systems daily to ensure that they are:
- Performing to Design Expectations
- Free From Alarms
Additionally we will provide remote support to include:
- Fine Tuning of Settings as Required
- Firmware Update Monitoring
- Answering any Questions You Have
In the unlikely event that you have an equipment failure, we will:
- Liaise with the Manufacturer
- Organise the replacement under warranty
After the first two years we offer the same level of support for the life of your system through our Luxcare service.
We aim to give our customers complete peace of mind.
Free Surveys & Quotes
At Luxgen Solar we do not charge for:
- Performing Site Surveys
- Developing Detailed System Designs
- Generating Quotes
Additionally, we pride ourselves that our sales and technical teams support our potential customers, in a fully transparent way, through the myriad of questions that will help them decide if Solar is for them, and if so in what form.
As previously stated, Solar is a significant investment, and it will not be suitable for everyone.
